Main missions

Reporting directly to the Chairman, the Chief Operating Officer oversees the support functions of the LD Holdings group and plays a key role in structuring, pooling, and optimizing resources for the benefit of subsidiaries. He ensures the group's operational performance, compliance with standards, and the efficiency of internal processes.

His responsibilities include:

• Manage all cross-functional areas: human resources, legal, compliance, purchasing, logistics and information systems;
• Develop a coherent HR strategy: talent management, training, evaluation and compensation policy;
• Ensure regulatory compliance, legal security and the implementation of internal policies;
• Structuring and harmonizing operational procedures within subsidiaries to promote collective efficiency;
• Optimize purchasing and logistics for better cost control and service quality;
• Supervise digital tools, process digitization and cybersecurity;
• Establish operational performance monitoring indicators and ensure regular reporting;
• Supporting subsidiaries in strengthening their organizational and managerial capacities.

Desired profile

• Minimum Bac+5 level education in management, business administration, engineering, law or information systems;
• Significant experience (minimum 8 years) in a similar position in a multi-activity or holding company environment;
• Solid understanding of support functions (HR, legal, IT, purchasing, logistics) and cross-functional project management;
• Strong leadership, ability to unite and structure teams around performance objectives;
• Rigour, strategic sense, strong results orientation and excellent organisational skills;
• Perfect command of French and English, both written and spoken;
• Proficiency in management tools and information systems.
