Main missions

Under the supervision of the President of LD Holdings, the General Manager of SINIEL will have the following main responsibilities:

• Develop and manage SINIEL's business development strategy;
• Structure the trading offer and strengthen the portfolio of suppliers and customers;
• Supervise import-export and logistics operations, ensuring operational efficiency;
• Identify new markets and opportunities in Africa and internationally;
• Develop sustainable partnerships with key players (producers, distributors, logistics providers, institutions);
• To ensure good governance, profitability and regulatory compliance of the structure.

Desired profile

• Minimum Bac+5 degree in international business, logistics, management or equivalent;
• Significant experience (minimum 10 years) in trading, import-export or supply chain management;
• In-depth knowledge of African markets and customs and logistics procedures;
• Strong managerial skills, results-oriented, entrepreneurial spirit;
• Strong professional network in the agri-food, industrial or commercial sectors;
• Perfect command of French and good working knowledge of English.
