Main missions

Reporting to the General Manager, the Sales & Marketing Director defines and manages ENICAL's sales strategy in line with its growth objectives.

His responsibilities include:

• Develop and execute the strategic business development and marketing plan;
• Identify market opportunities and develop the client portfolio (private sector, public sector, institutions, etc.);
• Oversee tenders and negotiate strategic contracts;
• To motivate, mentor and develop the skills of the sales team;
• Manage the marketing strategy (branding, digital communication, competitive intelligence);
• Ensure commercial reporting and contribute to technological and sector monitoring.

Desired profile

• Bac+5 degree in business, marketing, computer science or equivalent;
• Proven experience (minimum 8 years) in a similar role within an IT services company or technology sector;
• Good knowledge of the African digital ecosystem and the needs of businesses in terms of digital transformation;
• Excellent business acumen, results-oriented, and unifying leadership;
• Mastery of complex sales techniques, digital marketing and CRM tools;
• Speak and write fluent French and English.
