Main missions

Under the supervision of the Board of Directors, the General Manager is responsible for defining and implementing the strategic vision of TELIGENX, ensuring its commercial development, profitability and regional influence.

His main responsibilities:

• Develop and execute the medium and long-term strategic plan;
• Develop the range of services and increase revenue;
• To ensure innovation in areas of expertise;
• Strengthen TELIGENX's position as a leading firm in competitive intelligence;
• To manage the operational, financial and human resources aspects of the company;
• Supervise teams of consultants, experts and support functions;
• Maintain relationships with clients, partners, institutions and donors;
• Produce regular reports to shareholders (LD Holdings);
• Representing TELIGENX in professional networks and at major events.

Desired profile

• Bac+5 minimum in economic intelligence, strategy, law, political science, management or related disciplines;
• Proven experience (10 to 15 years) in a consulting firm, a management position or a strategic environment;
• Excellent grasp of the issues of economic intelligence, governance and the African business environment;
• Excellent leadership, strategic analysis, team management and business development skills;
• Interpersonal skills, rigor, ethics and a high sense of confidentiality;
• A mastery of relations with financial institutions, donors and government circles is a plus;
• Speak and write fluent French and English.
