Main missions

Reporting to the General Management, the Director of Management-Transactions ensures the commercial and operational performance of transaction and real estate management activities.

His/her responsibilities will include:

• Develop and implement the business development strategy (transactions and management);
• Supervise the sales and management teams (agents, managers, brokers);
• Monitor the evolution of the property portfolio (acquisitions, mandates, sales, rentals);
• Managing rental operations and customer service using performance indicators;
• Identify new markets or segments with high added value;
• Negotiating strategic real estate and institutional partnerships;
• Ensure regulatory compliance of operations (legal, land, tax);
• Contribute to financial reporting and revenue growth.

Desired profile

• Bac+5 in real estate law, management, urban planning, commerce or equivalent;
• Proven experience (minimum 5 years) in real estate management and transactions;
• Mastery of the operational challenges related to real estate asset management;
• Leadership, results orientation, organizational rigor;
• Knowledge of the Ivorian or West African real estate market is highly valued;
• Interpersonal skills, ability to unite teams and to lead change.
