responsible for defining and implementing the strategic vision of TELIGENX, ensuring its commercial development, profitability and regional influence.<\/p><p>His main responsibilities:<\/p><ul><li>Develop and execute the medium and long-term strategic plan;<\/li><li>Develop the range of services and increase revenue;<\/li><li>To ensure innovation in areas of expertise;<\/li><li>Strengthen TELIGENX's position as a leading firm in competitive intelligence;<\/li><li>To manage the operational, financial and human resources aspects of the company;<\/li><li>Supervise teams of consultants, experts and support functions;<\/li><li>Maintain relationships with clients, partners, institutions and donors;<\/li><li>Produce regular reports to shareholders (LD Holdings);<\/li><li>Representing TELIGENX in professional networks and at major events.<\/li><\/ul><p>\u00a0<\/p><p><strong>Desired profile<\/strong><\/p><ul><li>Bac+5 minimum in economic intelligence, strategy, law, political science, management or related disciplines;<\/li><li>Proven experience (10 to 15 years) in a consulting firm, a management position or a strategic environment;<\/li><li>Excellent grasp of the issues of economic intelligence, governance and the African business environment;<\/li><li>Excellent leadership, strategic analysis, team management and business development skills;<\/li><li>Interpersonal skills, rigor, ethics and a high sense of confidentiality;<\/li><li>A mastery of relations with financial institutions, donors and government
